Experience
Great Lakes Charter Fishing for Walleye, Salmon and Perch
aboard Temptation Charters!
Captain
Joe Pikulski has 22 years experience as a US Coast Guard
Licensed Captain and 24 years experience on the Great
Lakes. Michigan weather can produce rough conditions so;
I will give customers the opportunity to postpone the
trip if conditions are too bad to fish. We do fish in
the rain, so if conditions call for cool or rainy weather,
please bring appropriate clothing. I recommend bringing
a pair of long pants with you in the summer in case of
the black flies. On calm days the flies can be everywhere!
Our boat is a Sea Ray 30' Weekender. Things can get pretty
intense while reeling in fish so; I selected this boat
because of its wide beam. The 12' Beam makes room for
two to four fishermen to be reeling in fish at the same
time.
No need to worry, our boat is excellent for four to five
foot waves. I do not recommend fishing in larger than
five foot waves, but the boat has fished good in five
to ten footers.
Our boat is fast powered by Twin 350 fuel injected Chevy
engines it will get you to the fish quickly!
